Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Restore Speech & ABA. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position as our center continues to grow. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs, and providing ABA therapy in a nurturing faith-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA programs tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of therapy plans.
  • Lead and participate in client therapy sessions, including one-on-one ABA therapy and group activities.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the treatment team to promote open communication and consistent therapy implementation.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and make necessary program adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ABA research, best practices, and advancements in the field.
  • Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines.
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for clients, promoting skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Previous experience in ABA therapy and behavior analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and the treatment team.
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and an alignment with our faith-based values.
